The business group says the new law is 'unconstitutional'

A new law aimed at giving temporary workers in the state more protections is being called "unconstitutional" by one of New Jersey’s leading business groups. The New Jersey Business and Industry Association joined a federal lawsuit against the state to overturn the law, arguing it’ll hurt the state’s workforce.
