Our friend Linley is getting ready to go.
What do you think?
Is Linley ready to go outside?
Hmm, I think there might be some things missing.
Let's try that again.
(silence) (silence) Let's see, is our friend Linley ready to go outside now?
Hmm.
Looks better, but I think there's still something missing.
Let's try that again.
(soft thuds) (silence) (silence) What do we think?
Is Linley ready to go outside now?
Lindley's definitely got her layers on now.
She's got her wicking layer, her warm layer, and her weather layer on the top.
Even if you don't have things at home like snow pants, you can still go outside and play in the snow.
Just remember that your outer layer needs to be something that is going to help repel the water or the snow.
Even if you don't have boots, you can still explore outside and keep your feet dry.
All you need are some bread bags or some old grocery bags.
Put those.
Put your warm socks on.
Put the grocery bags over your feet.
Put those in some sturdy shoes and you'll be ready to go outside and explore.
All right, Linley.
Looks like you're ready to go outside and have some fun.
