Jack Ritzi was born during the '37 flood on the Friday before Black Sunday (January 24). His parents filmed the destruction caused by the flood right after the water receded. The film also shows the damage done to some structures by the fire - which burned away the top and left the part of the structure where it was protected by the flood waters.
